AISKINOVA ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app and website.
We may collect the following types of information:
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. Skin images used for analysis are not stored on our servers beyond the session unless you explicitly save your results.
What we collect: When you use the skin analysis feature, the app accesses your device camera to capture a single photo of your face. This photo is used solely to perform a personalised skin analysis.
How it is used: Your photo is transmitted securely to Anthropic's Claude AI API for real-time skin analysis only. It is not used for any other purpose, including advertising, profiling, or identity verification.
Storage and retention: Your face photo is not stored on AISKINOVA's servers. It is processed in real time and discarded immediately after analysis is complete. AISKINOVA retains no copy of your face image.
Third-party processing: Your photo is processed by Anthropic, PBC (the provider of Claude AI). Anthropic processes the image solely to return the analysis result and does not retain, store, or use your face data beyond this purpose. Anthropic's privacy practices provide equivalent protection to those described in this policy. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Deletion: Because face photos are not stored, there is no retained face data to delete. If you wish to delete your AISKINOVA account and all associated data, you can do so via the Delete Account option in the app's Profile section, or by contacting us at info.aiskinova@gmail.com.
Consent: By proceeding with the skin scan, you consent to your photo being sent to Anthropic's AI for analysis as described above. You may choose to upload a photo instead of using the camera at any time.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use the following trusted third-party service providers: Anthropic (AI skin analysis — see Section 5), Google Analytics (anonymous usage data), and Supabase (account and data storage). All providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info.aiskinova@gmail.com. You may also delete your account directly within the app via Profile → Delete Account.
Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
